Our brand new gym is equipped with the latest cardio and resistance kit to help meet all your fitness needs. Furthermore, you’ll find our knowledgeable and experienced Fitness Motivators on hand, who are happy to assist you wherever possible.

We have a six-lane, 25m pool that’s ideal for you to enjoy a whole range of activities, whether they’re there for fitness, our award-winning swimming lessons or just to have fun. There’s also a learner pool for younger children to play in and gain confidence in the water.
